Apple iPad coming April 3rd – Are publishers ready?

The long-awaited release date has been announced – the iPad is coming April 3rd. Of course as with any big tech gadget release, speculation arises – how many will be sold? What will that apps be? But, in this case, the number one question buzzing around the Internet is – do publishers have a plan in place for their product or service being offered on the iPad? Do they know how much they are going to charge for it?  It may come as a surprise that publishers are struggling with this, but considering that there is no real precedent or accurate model to fall back on, their lack of a decision becomes understandable.
